By accessing or using the Detroit Management Consultant website and client portal, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Detroit Management Consultant provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial advisory services. The scope of services for each client is defined by a separate engagement agreement.

Client Portal

Access to the client portal is provided to active clients only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide. Detroit Management Consultant relies on the documents and data you submit to prepare returns and financial statements.

Limitation of Liability

Detroit Management Consultant performs services with professional care and in accordance with applicable regulations. However, we are not liable for penalties or interest resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law, with your written consent, or as necessary to provide our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of Detroit Management Consultant and may not be reproduced without permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all completed work and return original documents.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.
